These terms govern the use of Prismatic. The service is provided from Romania and is currently in beta.
Prismatic monitors published Romanian media — press, television, radio, social and newsletters — and provides search, alerting and analysis over it.
Accounts are provisioned by us. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
The service is pre-release. Features may change or be withdrawn, and we do not offer an uptime commitment or service-level agreement. We aim for continuity but you should not rely on the service as a system of record.

Articles, broadcasts and posts belong to the publishers that produced them. We display extracts together with a link back to the source so that you can read the original.
You may use what you find here to monitor and analyse coverage. You may not republish, redistribute or resell the underlying content in bulk.

You choose which keywords, brands and accounts to monitor. You are responsible for those choices being lawful and proportionate, and for how you use the results.
You must not use the service to harass or profile a private individual, or in a way that breaks applicable law.
Summaries, briefings, sentiment and thematic analysis are generated by language models and can be inaccurate. They are decision support, not fact. Verify before acting on them, especially before publishing anything based on them.

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, and for decisions taken on the basis of automated analysis.
You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend an account for breach of these terms or for misuse that threatens the service.
These terms are governed by Romanian law, and the Romanian courts have jurisdiction. Our data-protection supervisory authority is ANSPDCP.
